职位描述：
工作职责
1. 准确理解项目需求，高效率独立完成项目中的平面设计工作；
2. 根据网站的主视觉，结合不同品牌风格特点做出复合网站调性的差异化页面设计
3. 有独到的审美，根据编辑要求对素材和页面排版进行美化；
4. 在设计制作的整个过程中，与团队成员紧密协作沟通；
5. 对图片进行后期制作，出具专业性强的优秀图片
职位要求：
1. 美术、平面设计、广告设计等相关专业毕业（需提供手绘作品）
2. 4年以上设计相关工作经验，有电商设计经验者优先（需提供设计作品）
3. 精通Photoshop，有后期修图能力
4. 出色的创意思维和表达能力，具有良好的版式设计、色彩感和整体布局感
5. 有3D制作或视频剪辑能力者优先
