驻外项目协调员（培训生）

- 工作地点: 项目结束后返回乌鲁木齐从事资深销售工作
Working Place: Return to Urumqi to be a senior sales after the Project in Minsk is Finished
- 工作内容：
Description of the Work：
> 参与Ahlers明斯克操作团队为当地中资企业项目所提供的服务
be a part of the service team in Ahlers Minsk who are providing the service for the local project which is implemented by Chinese Company
> 持续向收货人汇报运作进度
constantly report the development of the operation to reveiver
> Minsk 现场 俄语/中文 翻译
Russian/Chinese interpreter on the spot in Minsk
> 参与协调与Minsk项目相关的Ahlers 各地机构（含Ahlers 中国，Ahlers 克莱佩达 和 Ahlers 明斯克）之间的信息传递
participate the coordination work for information exchange among the different Ahlers offices （among Ahlers China, Ahlers Klaipeda and Ahlers Minsk) who are involved in the project
> 如果出现问题，参与对问题的原因的了解，及时上报。并向客户提供完整的问题说明，推动各方协作解决问题
If there's any problem, participate the research for the reason and make report to the manager. Make full explanation to the customer and make cooperation among the different parties for a solution.
> 参与推动对项目的持续销售
Participate the subsequent follow-up for sales work
6. 岗位要求：
Requirements：
- 流利的俄语口语和书面书写能力 （大学俄语专业8级）
Fluent Spoken and Written Russian (CRT 8 Grade)
- 责任心强且细心
Strong responsibility and accuracy
- 出色的沟通、计划和协调能力
excellent skills in communication, planning and coordination
- 有过5人以上团队的管理经验
management experiences over a team with more than 5 members
- 可以从事阶段性驻外工作
can take periodical foreign-based work
- 有涉外项目相关工作经验优先
the work experience in international project is an advantage

经营范围包括无船承运业务；有关港口经济、技术发展、国际运输、贸易、仓储、集疏运、船舶与货运代理的咨询；港口管理人员及船员培训；承办海运、陆运、空运进出口货物、国际展品、私人物品及过境货物的国际运输代理业务，包括：揽货、托运、订舱、仓储、中转、集装箱拼装拆箱、结算运杂费、报验、相关的短途运输服务及运输咨询业务。
