财务助理 /Finance Assistant
Job Description:
工作职责：

1.Responsible for buy the sales VAT invoices and the purchasing VAT invoice confirmation . 负责增值税发票购买及进项税认证工作。
2.Responsible for ask supplier to give the invoice and customer to remittance. 负责催供应商开票和催客户汇款
3.Responsible to assist chief accountant to booking the invoices and put it to the finance software, correct the mistake in time. 负责协助财务经理做会计分录，并将审核无误的凭证输入财务软件，发现差错及时更改。
4.Give the report to relative office. 负责向税务和其他上级主管部门报送各种报表。
5.Responsible to make the company VAT, normal invoice and go to the government take the record of taxes monthly. 负责开具公司的增值税发票、普通发票及每月月初的抄报税工作。
6.Deal the daily apply for reimbursement, check all the invoices and bills and record the daily cahs in&out in the Bank&Cash list. Responsible for Bank payment, in the end of month, print out the bank list and check with daily Bank&Cash list. 日常出纳工作：按照报销管理制度的各项规定，认真复核一切有关报销凭证，确保报销工作的正确规范。并在现金银行日记账中记录每日日常收支情况，月末做好日记账与总账对账工作，负责银行付款业务，月末打印并核对银行对账单。
7.负责应收应付账款的核对及仓库帐的整理并每月按照规定日期及时报送给财务经理。Responsible for AR&AP check with customers and suppliers. Responsible for monthly Warehouse report.
8.每月定期协助仓库部门进行仓库盘点，根据系统进行差异分析，及时查找原因并解决。
Monthly inventory with Warehouse together, analyze the data with the system, looking for the reasons of the differences and find the solutions.
9.负责财务档案管理。Responsible for Finance Document good keeping.
10.负责协助处理一部分行政人事工作。Support to do some administration affair.
11.其他上级分配的任务Others upon management request.

Qualifications：
任职资格：
-College degree or above, major in accounting or related field（fresh graduates ）
-大专及以上学历，会计或相关专业（应届生即可）
-Fluent in written and spoken English
- 英语听说读写熟练
-Fluent in use MS office, Outlook and relative office software, ERP experience preferred
-熟练使用MS office, Outlook及相关办公软件,有ERP使用相关经验者优先 举报 分享
