工作职责：

1. 1. 负责本公司高性能数据存储设备的客户开拓，以及市场推广宣传策略的规划与制定等；

2. 了解客户需求，制定和执行大客户销售计划，进行商务谈判，提供解决方案

3.对潜在客户进行定期跟踪，定期提交销售进度报告；

3. 收集市场信息，定期向上级反馈，并提出有效的营销策略；
4. 和公司目标客户及合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系；

5. 销售对象包含OEM厂商和终端企业用户。

任职条件：

1. 一年以上销售管理经验；

2. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；

3. 熟悉数据存储行业，有客户资源者优先；

4. 有数据库应用, data warehouse相关经验者优先；

5. 对计算机体系架构和相关硬件有一定了解；

6. 具有IT行业产品售前工程师背景优先；

7. 极高的自我成功愿望，良好的学习能力；

8. 善于沟通，富有责任心，工作积极主动，执行力强；

9. 能承受工作压力并经常出差。

Shannon Systems is a startup company based in Shanghai(YangPu district). We focus on developing high-performance Flash data storage controller IC and system solutions from ground-up. Solid data storage systems have seen significant interest from cloud computing, e-commerce platform and
web2.0 and the overall market has grown more than 100% annually in the past few years. The company is founded by a team of Silicon Valley veterans and is backed by committed angel investors as well as local government.



Our first generation products are expected to hit the market in a few months. We invite energetic and passionate partners to join the team and grow with us!

Responsibilities:
1. Develop customers and forth partnerships for our high-performance data storage products.
2. Plan and execute marketing and sales strategy.

3. Identify potential customers and follow through.
4. Gather market information and understand customer needs; provide business intelligence to our engineering department.
5. Accomplish sales goal set by the company.

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years marketing/sales experience
2. B.S. or higher in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related field
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Experience in data storage industry with client leads is preferred
5. Knowledge of database and data warehouse is preferred
6. Experience in IT presales is big plus
7. Passionate and enjoy learning
8. Business travel is required.
