职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、通过各种聊天工具及电话接受客户咨询，解答客户对我们产品的使用过程中的各种问题；
Communicate with customers by some net chat tools, telephone, email for all the problem about our products.
2、及时处理客户提出的问题、将相关问题传递给公司对应部门，并跟进反馈；
Deal with the requirements from customers, and deliver the problem to related department in time, follow and give feedback.
3、负责记录沟通过程中出现的问题，及客户建议，定期整理统计并反馈。
Record all the service issue and suggestions for customers, collection and report to management.
4、负责客户体验回访工作；
Customer experience visit and record;
5、根据部门具体要求，完成其它客服相关的工作；
Other CS related word by department’s request.

任职要求：
1、 高中及以上学历，具有电商销售、客服经验者优先；
High School or above. Electronic Commerce or CS work experience is preferred
2、 工作细致、有耐心；有团队合作精神、良好的服务意识及沟通技巧；
Careful and patient. Have team work spirit, customer service sense and communication skills.
3、 愿意倒班工作（无需全夜间工作），家住附近者优先录用。
