职位描述：
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
        1. Performs analysis for requirements planning, business process reengineering, etc.
        2. Develop project plans for individual tracks of work(as part of a larger project plan)
        3. Undertake estimation of the project in terms of effort and staffing required on the project
        4. Work out basic statistics to achieve desired level of confidence in the estimate
        5. Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary
        6. Assist Delivery in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings
        7. Participate day-to-day contact for the client on track related communications like track status
        8. Constantly be updated of all track issue and risks
        9. Work with the team members towards compliance of SLAs and gather data around SLA compliance
        10.Initiate corrective measures proactively if non-compliance is observed in the track
        11. Validation of invoices and tracking collections

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
        1. Bachelor's degree from accredited institution, major in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field desired; advanced degrees are highly desirable
        2. 5+ years’ experience of program management or project coordination in software development and/or system implementation projects
3.Experience of working with overseas team, preferred
4.Strong communication and presentation skills
5.Be able to handle ambiguity
