JD: Jr. / Sr. Power Design Engineer

Responsibilities

* Develop technology solutions and design product according to customer and specification requirement, deliver on time.

* Verify design solution to ensure quality and performance.

* Trouble shooting and solution proposal for problems found from either design stage or customer sites.

* Work with product marketing and customer to define technical requirement and specification.

* Responsible for DFx from engineering perspective.

* Ownership of the product from kickoff till to release to market.

* New technology research and implementation in pre-development project.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering is required, Power Electronics is preferred.

* Experience of DC/DC, AC/DC power supply design, it’s preferred to have experience of power module design.

* Design engineer: 3 Years+ work experience.

* Sr. design engineer; 5 Years + work experience

* Have experience of power supply related simulation, PCB layout, EMC, thermal design.

* Fluent in English speaking and writing.

* Results oriented person with a can do mentality and high drive ability to get thing done.

* High Execution/Delivery ability, deliver on time and commitments and constantly work on efficiency improvements.

* Self- motivated, passion for new technology and innovation.

* Team work, good cooperation, and respect to others
