Objective of Job:
? Manage all JV treasury activities plus tax and risk management

Task Description:
Cash Management:
? Properly allocate SJV and MJV cash;
? Provide accurate cash forecast including financing needs, investing needs;
? Manage bank relations and loan facilities;
? Plan for project financing, working with banks and shareholders;
? Plan for dividend payment;
? Manage all cash payment and receipt, including reconciliation;
? Manage intercompany and related party cash transactions;
? Manage foreign exchange exposure through hedging, coordinating closely with parent companies treasurers; etc.,
Tax: Optimize tax, handles tax filing and interface with tax bureau
Risk Management: Understand risk exposure and control risk through operations; manage relationship with insurance brokers and insurance companies; manage insurance policy renewal/bidding;

Qualifications:
Education
? Bachelor from 4-year university
? Finance or accounting major preferred
Skills & Experience
? 5-7 years treasury experience
? Manufacturing / plant experience preferred
? Team leadership skills required
? Able to handle workload and pressure
? Able to handle both details and high level activities
? Fluent English/Chinese skills (spoken and written)
