职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To achieve the sales turnover target and Maximize the GP growth.
2. To maintain existing key customers relationship and open up new projects in East China region.
3. To assist Business Leader to train & lead the sales executive in SH
4. Monitoring actual vs. budgeted sales & GP with contingency actions to alleviate risks of business swing
5. Develop business opportunities via solution selling across different food segments & combinations of ingredients.
6. Maintaining the relationship with principals and key customers.
7. Working with SCM to ensure sufficient stock and minimizing aging.
8. Maintain up to date information in CRM and ensure forecast accuracy by less than 5%


Requirements:
1. Food Ingredients Product knowledge: including applications, features, advantage of the responsible product.
2. Market knowledge: Sense of market size, growth rate, key players etc.
3. Commercial knowledge and negotiation skills to close the deal
4. Capable using MS Office tools
5. Presentation Skills
6. Fluent English & Chinese
7. 7-10 years Food Ingredients sales / marketing

岗位职责︰

2. 在华东地区保持现有关键客户关系和开拓新项目
3. 在上海协助领导实施培训和领导销售主管
4. 监测实际的与预算的销售情况，来减轻风险的业务开展
5. 通过跨不同的食物段和 成分组合销售解决方案发展商机
6. 维护与负责人和关键客户的关系
7. 管理SCM以确保足够的库存和减少老化
8. 保持在 CRM 中的最新信息，并确保预测的精度小于 5%

2..具备食品配料产品知识︰ 包括应用程序、 特点、 所负责的产品优势
3.具备市场知识︰市场规模、 增长率、 关键成员等
4.具备商业的知识和谈判技巧，能够完成交易
5.能够使用微软办公软件
6. 具备演讲技巧
7.能够说流利的英语及中文
8.具有7到10年的在食品配料销售或市场营销的经验
