职位描述：
Main tasks:
? Responsible for daily IT operation at customer site for the whole infrastructure part e.g. clients, network, server, printer, phone system, especially in Windows Servers systems, Storage, and Backup solutions.
? Responsible for 3rd Level Support
? Responsible for project implementation, support and execution
? Support in quality control on project deliveries
? Support in the communication bridge head function FIT ASIA and Customers
? Strong support to sales teams to Integrate solutions, resources and implementation plans as a proposal package for clients basing on the business requirements
? Develop and manage the relationship with potential/existing clients
? Support knowledge transfer with in the team and guidance for junior supporter
? Responsible for providing service to VIP customer
? Following procedures and handling of incident escalations
? Responsible for IT security inspection, report to regional IT Security manager of IT security violation
? Responsible for providing professional and compliant basic IT suggestions to clients based on Best Practice


Requirements/ Experience：
? More than 3 years professional IT experience;
? More than 3 years IT infrastructure project implementation experience;
? Good knowledge of Network, Client, Printer and IT infrastructure hardware;
? Strong knowledge of Windows/Intel platforms, servers, storage and backup solutions;
? Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service delivery on best practice;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

Education and Qualification Requirements：
? Major in Computer Science and Technology, Bachelor degree or similar experiences.
