JOB DESCRIPTION – Logistics Coordinator

Support commercial team and logistic team: Permanent interface with General Manager, Commercial Manager, Logistics Coordinator and commercial team abroad.

？ Interface with logistics team for the Asian logistics operations;
？ Closely contact with Brazil shipping team and planning team for booking and shipment; Checking B/L draft and document draft from Brazil and confirm back for issuing originals. Support commercial team for shipping documents.
？ Advise and confirm the split of volume and material for break bulk vessel to Brazil base on SSPP every month.
？ Requesting STOWAGE PLAN from Brazil before break bulk vessel arrival and forwarding to terminal in order to separate COC/CW when discharging and stock at warehouse.
？ Push to send out originals timely in order to avoid delayed importation clearance in China. Contact with 3rd party forwarder at destination ;
？ If any problem occurred at destination or claimed by customer such as free time not same as what carrier granted, or unexpected container repair fee, contact Brazil to help solve the problems for customer.
？ Control free storage period, cargo delivery and stock.
？ Check and confirm warehouse & terminal charges –Storage fee per month, Discharge / demurrage fee per vessel, any reimbursement or payment to customer that confirmed by Brazil.
？ Maintain updated inventory record from warehouse, control the inventory reasonable and endeavor to optimize it, and update logistic report weekly.
？ Adopt operational performance controls – KPI’s

Requirements
- At least 5 years working experience in relative position of a trading company which including Import & Export business, trading, documentation and logistic
- College degree or above, preferably in international trade or business.
- Be used to team work and to deal with different departments within the company
- Good knowledge on SAP systems;
- Excellent knowledge on Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications;
- Fluent communication in English in both writing and speaking; Able to communicate in English. Minimum level CET-6, level CET-6 or equivalent.
- Highly prepared to deal with detailed operations;
- Very good in organizing documents and information on both paper and electronic means;
- Being energetic and professional with a positive attitude towards difficult tasks.
- Be used to follow up pending issues and control processes.
