Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Monthly financial reporting and MRP reporting
- Quarterly group reporting
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Group reporting and consolidation year end
Treasury
- Cashflow forecast
- Weekly receivable report for risk management
- Hedging
ERP
- SPM system, ERP main functions including profit calculation
- Update the prepayment /receivable status and check the overdue invoices
- Weekly inventory report to support inventory control
Commission
- Indent sales & purchase reclassify and enter by department
- Distribution commission calculation
Taxation Declaration
- CIT annual final settlement and VAT export refund
- Preparation for monthly Tax Declaration
Communication
- Daily VAT invoices issuing
- Closely work with colleagues in China and overseas

Territory: Entire China
Reporting Chain: Department Manager F&A
Location: Shanghai

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting related
Experience
- Minimum 8 years practical experience in trading company as a General Accountant
- Experience in foreign enterprise a plus
Profile
- Dynamic and Service oriented

- Problem solving skills
- Good presentation skills
Language
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with CET-6 or above
