职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责
1. Make supply plan for responsible product based on sales forecast to show manpower, machine working hours, materials supply for middle and long term. 根据销售预测制定供应计划，提供中长期计划需要的人力，机器工时，物料供应等方面的决策信息。
2. Make MPS based on backlog and capacity. Find out bottleneck and work out solution: 根据订单以及产能制作主生产计划,提前发现生产瓶颈并制定相应的解决方案。
1) Release PO and make component delivery plan for related suppliers.根据主计划下物料采购单，并给相关物料供应商制定物料交货计划
2) Make weekly production plan for plant based on material schedule and master plan.根据物料来料计划以及主计划制定周生产计划。
3) Lead the plant weekly MPS meeting to review MPS progress and KPI status. 每周生产计划会议调整主计划进度，以及KPI达成情况
4) Lead cross functional team meeting to solve the problems during component supply, production and quality issues. Push and speed up the problem-solving.及时召开跨部门小组会议解决物料，生产以及品质问题，推动问题及时解决。
5) Define such monthly KPI target as OTDP, inventory tuns and NCM based on plant target and SOP result.根据工厂年度以及月度目标和产销协调会议结果，制定相应KPI（OTDP，库存周转，不良品等）月度目标。
3. Manage related filing work to support planning and production.管理相关的文件工作
1) Work order management, including release WO, close WO and solve the variance within WO cooperate with production and warehouse.工单管理，包括开单，关工单以及协调生产和仓库解决工单差异。
2) KPI related information record, such as POOT(Production order on-time rate), SO delay reasons, inventory analysis, scrap application. 记录影响公司指标达成的因素，如生产订单达成情况，客户订单迟交原因，库存分析，报废申请等。
3) PO management including release PO and solve the variance within PO cooperate with supplier and warehouse.采购订单管理，包括下单以及与供应商和仓库协调解决采购订单差异。
4) Invoice and payment application.采购订单发票整理以及付款申请
Requirements: 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree 本科以上学历
2. Internal student. 在校生
3. Good reading and written English, oral English is prefer.良好英文读写能力，良好英语口语优先。
