职位描述:
1. To welcome and seat guest upon arrival at the table. 欢迎并把客人领入座位。
2. To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and or food order from the menu. 帮助客人选择菜单上的饮料和食物。
3. To take the food or beverage order from the guest, ensuring that the order is accurate and has been double checked. 记录下客人点餐内容并保证准确无误。
4. To record the order on the appropriate captain's order as outlined within the Restaurant operating policy. 在餐厅的操作规则和主管的要求下记录订单。
5. To process the captain's order as per the cashiers policy, as outlined in the restaurant policy. 在餐厅的操作规则和主管的要求下按照出纳制度操作。
6. To prepare all necessary accompaniments to go with order. 根据要求准备所有的必需品。
7. To serve any requested food or beverage item that is available, as per the service policy. 根据服务规定尽可能地提供各种被要求到的食物和饮料。
8. To assist where possible with any additional request (Note: any questions regarding hotel policies or procedures should be referred to the Manager, and ensure guests are to be made to feel comfortable at all times.协助任何可能的附加要求(注:任何与酒店政策及程序相关的需询问经理),确保顾客一直都保持愉快地心情

10.To be responsible for the cleaning of the table, during and after service to the guest . 在客人离开后负责桌面的清洁。
11. To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list. 对菜单和酒单上的内容有充分了解和认识。
12. To be responsible for collection of all money that are due from the guest, for services and products consumed. 对顾客消费和服务的钱款负责妥善保存。
13. To be responsible for the correct set up of all mise an place and side stations, and to ensure that there is sufficient and the correct equipment for the days trading. 负责纠正规定位置摆设的布置,确保营业时器具的充分和恰当。
14. Must keep his/her side station and section clean at all times. 必须保持在顾客的周围并始终保持区域整洁。
15. Do not stand, loiter near, behind or talk about any guest at any time, so as that the guest may hear you, or feel uncomfortable.不能站在客人后面或在附近闲荡时讨论客人,一旦客人听到那些评论会感觉不舒服。
16. Will be required to carry out any reasonable request made by the Manager, assistant or supervisor, or from any member of the management team. 接受经理提出的任何合理要求,协助主管及其他任何管理成员。
17. To report any problem situation or special guest request to the captain or supervisor, immediately so as to ensure that prompt action is taken. 向领班或主管报告任何有疑问的境遇和顾客的特殊要求,以保证问题及时得到解决。
18. Must full all directions given by supervisors. 必须完成主管提出的指示
