职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication and follow up with ENTRY ApS (sales) in Denmark as for on-going orders, new orders, sample orders, development, sourcing etc;
- Source for qualified suppliers as per requirement from the company
- Source and develop new products /styles /models as per requirement from the company
Proactively source for new and back up suppliers as agreed with the manager
- Proactively source and develop new products /styles/ models as inspiration for ENTRY ApS as agreed with the manager
- Daily communication,follow up and negotiation with suppliers
- Follow production orders and sample orders on daily basis-and in all details
- On a daily basis update all order details into company IT systems
- Secure all deadlines throughout the order process in order to ensure on time delivery-samples as well as bulk production
- Secure that all suppliers are complying with the companys business codes of conduct, rules and regulations as set forth by the company at any given time,
- Make quality inspections-samples, inline and final production-as per request
- Frequently visit suppliers as per agreement with the manager
- Conduct internal supplier audits as per request
- Proactively report to the management on any kind of problem, challenge or potential delay that comes to his knowledge. The management should be informed as soon as it comes to his awareness.

Requirements
Experience in textile and Scandinavian Market
- Diploma or Degree in Clothing, sports wear Merchandising or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
- Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Literate in Microsoft office programs
