职位描述：
This position is supposed to be based in Shanghai/Ningbo and report to China country manager, but provide technical supporting service globally.

1. IT infrastructure
- Manage IT infrastructure and security project across China/US offices
- Propose and design solutions (LAN, VPN, Windows domain, on-premise/cloud computing, firwall, etc.)
- Project initiation, including as-is/to-be analysis, objective setting, and project organizing. Define the project plan; manage the project budget and following-up for execution, Monitor the project progress, provide the status update.
- Take overall infrastructure responsibility for continuous improvement. Documenting all IT-related standard operating procedure(SOP); Setup clear KPI to define. Align with external supplier to make sure all Infrastructure SOP are followed and meet KPI target.
- Plan, design, implement and review the overall IT infrastructure setup and conduct regularly onsite check for backup, restoration and perform periodic IT audit
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the vendor/external supplier if needed
- Manage all IT assets

2. Information security
- Deliver security services at the technical level globally
- The key objective supposed to achieve in the first year for this position including:
 - Learn, understand and master the current IT security solutions/products;
 - Communicate with management to understand their request, and choose proper solutions/products;
 - Support to implement the infrastructure and initialization of Data Loss Protection project in China/US office;
 - Support to create/fine-tune data classification and data loss prevention policies;
 - Support to Proof of Concept (PoC) for various security solutions/products;

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related.
- 3+ years of relevant practical experience
- Knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, group policy,network, firewall, Cisco VPN, Microsoft Exchange, audio conference system, etc.
- Knowledge of information security and related products, endpoint security, data loss prevention;
