职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning
Directs, supervises and coordinates the performance of all financial functions including but not limited to accounting, forecasting, analysis, budgeting, etc.
Plans and performs special financial projects and assignments for corporate as needed.
2. Reporting & Analysis
Directs the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports of the company operations, presenting an accurate interpretation of the financial condition of the company.
3. Legal
Works directly with Financial and Government offices to ensure the company knows and understands any changes that may affect the company, financially or legally.
Work close with Tax office, Financial Bureau, the State Administrator of Foreign Exchange, Bank and other governmental office to ensure the company benefits with the laws, rules or legally.
4. Internal Control
Directs the evaluation and implementation of all significant accounting policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with appropriate practices and regulations.
Oversees MIN, Record Retention, and any other practices that the company requires.
Maintain the UF system, ensure the policies and procedures of company's accounting, assets, purchase, sales and inventory that can be reconciled with UF system.
5. Other
Arrange the company insurance to avoid the risk of damage loss, for Property All Risks.
Business Interruption, Public and Products Liability, Employer's Liability, etc.
6. People Management/Team Building
Promote all personnel to a team building concept within the work area and across departments in order to constantly upgrade competence, professionalism and customer. oriented mentality.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship within assigned teams and with all applicable Emerson Network Power Connectivity Solutions (Shanghai) departments, customers and suppliers.
7. Management
Exhibits desirable and appropriate professional behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, independent judgment, industriousness, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.
Operates the Administration function in a manner which promotes and implements the affirmative action program, to include developing and achieving goals and promptly investigating and resolving any alleged discrimination, observed or reported, in order to uphold the corporate affirmative action commitment and assure compliance with and government laws and regulations.
Requirement:
1. An advance degree in business, accounting or finance or an equivalent combination or education and experience..
2. At least 8 years experience in accounting and financial functions with five years in a management capacity.
3. Ability to interface effectively with Executive Management, Ability to critically analyze financial and operating data and reach sound conclusions.
4. Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
