- Product Leader (sourcing and purchasing oriented)
Responsibility: sourcing and purchasing right products for Deco BU of Adeo Group
Job descriptions:
1. Offer and source products according to customers’ requirements.
2. Recommend new products that might be good sellers in EU markets.
3. Arrange regular meeting and buying trip with customers.
4. Maintain old suppliers, research, evaluate and select qualified new suppliers, optimize supplier structure.
5. Negotiate prices in terms of quality, target price, MOQ, payment term to ensure best business terms.
6. Follow up order details, including testing report verification, samples and packaging approval, arrange pre-shipment inspection, avoid quality issues and ensure on-time delivery.
7. Regular factory visit and trade fair visit.
