职位描述：
职责Job duty:
1. 新设备，新工艺，新材料和新产品的引进Introduce new equipment/process/material/product.
2. 编辑控制计划和标准操作程序Compile control plan/ SOP for process.
3. 生产过程的问题处理Process troubleshooting.
4. 工时的测定Measure manufacturing time.
5. 从生产加工角度提出产品设计改进方案，提高生产效率Improve product design from the point of view of process to keep the production in a more efficient way.
6. 必要的时候可以出差Business trip to solve problem in customer side if necessary.
要求Requirement:

1. 本科学历，机械或电子专业Bachelor degree, mechanical or electric background.
2. 至少5年钣金行业经验At least 5 years of solid experience in sheet metal manufacturing factory.
3. 熟悉常用办公软件Be familiar with Word/Excel/PPT.
4. 能识别简单图纸，会用CAD优先 Be familiar with drawing, CAD skill is prefer.
5. 能看懂一般英文，口语流利可加分Basic English reading and writing, fluent oral English is a plus.
6. 会编辑过程文件，标准操作程序和控制计划Able to compile process file, SOP, control plan. 举报 分享
