Responsibilities:

Report to Faraday Board of Directors
Responsible for Profit & Loss of Faraday Lab
Define, drive and monitor business plan
Define and develop directions for business development
o components testing

o modules testing as subcontractor of Certification Bodies

o O&M services for PV plants

o Consulting services, Audits for EU certification bodies

o Due diligence for banking industry

o Ensure recognition of Faraday Lab by institutions like banks, CBs

Primary focus will be China market, but a vision to develop activities in EU is appreciated
Ensure Faraday Lab has all required certifications (ISO, others) to be able to ramp-up business
Recruit and strengthen Faraday lab team as per business needs
Coach new team members
Define branding and marketing strategy

Qualifications:

at least 10 years experience in business development, with strong network in Chinese PV Industry key players

(manufacturing platforms, EPC, components suppliers, banking industry)

Able to create business from scratch

Able to define directions and opportunities for business development

Able to analyse needs (capex, resource) to support business growth

Able to report to Faraday Board of Director

Flexible and adaptable to an always changing market and environment

Able to have a pragmatic and hands-on approach as well as a making more in depth analysis for mid term/long term plan
