Administration Intern

United Technologies Research Center (China) Ltd. invites qualified individuals to apply for the following position in the Shanghai office. This position will compensate the chosen candidate at competitive local Shanghai market wage rate, and benefits will be administered based on local Shanghai benefit practices.



Administration Intern
This position will provide professional service on all aspects of maintaining office daily administration/operation and other ad hoc tasks, reporting to HR & Admin Manager.


Major Responsibilities:
? Receptionist, such as calls and mails receiving and forwarding;
? Make travel arrangement for company professionals and visitors, such as planning, ticketing, reservation, etc;
? Support in office purchase;
? Support in company events;
? Other Admin/Operation related tasks.

Qualifications:
? University student major in English, Business Administration and others;
? Minimum 4 days per week;
? Related Admin intern experience is a strong plus;
? Good English (both written and spoken) and communication skills both internally and externally;
? Can-do attitude and good team work;
? Good problem solving skills and the ability to work with supervisions in a multitasking environment;
? Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
