职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
Production BOM double check and outline right operation parameter for each product that make sure quality are suitable for customer request. And improve production efficiency.
确认生产配方并指示正确操作参数提高生产效率并确保品质符合客户需求。

1.Verify/Confirm Production BOM and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) /Work Instruction(WI) 查核与确认配方及标准作业流程（SOP）/作业指导书（WI）
1.1 Ensure that S.O.P. has been thoroughly implemented and follow up for every production process order. 确保标准作业程序彻底执行并贯彻于每张生产工作单
1.2 Coordinate with QC for all rework and find the root cause of correction.与QC合作找出修色配方与色差原因
1.3 Ensure maximizing productivity by supervising foremen in controlling the production working time/overtime,and coordinate with Maintenance Department in assuring the machine under the good condition. 指导班长确保机台达到最大生产效率、并协调维修部门确保机台保持良好条件
1.4 Execute QA with QC/Lab. team to find out correction BOM.与QC及Lab. team讨论与执行QA找出正确适当配方
1.5 Clear parameter and machine arrange for each order to reduce high scrap process order and off grade. 每一生产单与机台有清楚正确参数以降低损失与次级品

2. Production process improvement 生产制程改善
2.1 To take charge the CAPA, discuss with supervisor and remind preventive action in process order for foremen to implement it. Check the result. 主持根本原因分析与预防行动制定、并与主管讨论及在生产单上提醒领班并执行. 负责效果检查.
2.2 Report to management team for planned re-run and correction rate.重押与修色率统计

3. Follow up 5s rules and procedures 遵守5s原则与流程
3.1 Ensure safety, good housekeeping and cleaningness of working area and equipments 确保安全、整齐的工作环境并维持工作区域及设备的清洁
3.2 Make trainning schedule for new operator,prepare trainning materials.制定新员工培训计划，配齐培训资料。
3.3 Prepare and arrange one point lesson for operators.给作业员准备与安排单点培训。
3.4 Examine all operators by skill matrix. 参照技能矩阵考核车间所有作业员。

4. Complete other works which is delegated by company in the area of competence
完成公司及主管指派的其他工作
4.1 Complete job/tasks in time which are assigned by manager or supervisor 准时完成主管交办事项
4.2 Participate in CPS running.参与公司CPS的运行。

5. ESHA Related Job ESHA相关工作
5.1 To ensure and audit operator equipped with proper PPE 确保与稽核操作员依规定配戴安全配备
5.2 To ensure production procedures and work instruction in compliance with Clariant ESHA Principles 遵守并确保生产流程及步骤符合科莱恩的ESHA原则

Education:
University or above,with basic english reading is preferred大学或大学以上毕　具基本英文阅读能力为佳　
Business experience:
1. Over 2 years working experience in plastic industry,sound knowledge of pigment,resin and additives. 两年以上从事塑料相关工作经验， 对色粉,树脂,添加剂充分了解。 举报 分享
