岗位职责
1. 公司前台接待工作，电话转接，报刊信件收发，机票预定等行政工作；
2. 根据要求采购日常办公用品，及时登帐；做好办公室设备管理及维修；
3. 根据领导的要求，完成有关报告、文稿的起草、修改工作，完成打字、复印及传真等工作，及时送交领导；
4. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1. 大专学历，相貌端正，年龄20-28岁之间；
2. 一年以上相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4. 工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚；
5. 熟练使用相关办公软件。
6.懂日语。上海户籍优先。
