职位描述：
1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、管理客户关系，完成销售任务
3、跟踪订单的生产进度，安排产品的发货；
4、负责样品的申请、收集及分发，接待客户等销售辅助工作；
5、负责对帐及催收货款工作；
6、对客户提供专业的咨询；
7、组织进行客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给办事处或客户。

任职资格
1、中专及以上学历；
2、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
3、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
4、具备较强的电脑文档操作技巧；
5、具有团队精神，责任心强。
