职位描述：
1.人力资源管理
a)根据公司发展战略制定相应人力资源战略规划；
b)据公司的情况，完善改进公司招聘制度、培训制度、薪酬考核制度、员工手册等规章制度、实施细则和工作程序，并组织实施；
c)负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作，提出机构设置和岗位设计方案，对公司组织架构设计提出改进方案；
d)组织人员招聘，通过多种渠道为公司寻求合适的人才；
e)组织公司活动和公司内沟通渠道，建立并维护企业文化。

2.行政管理
a)管理并完善公司日常办公行政的流程及制度；
b)管理并完善公司管理制度并进行日常监督管理；
c)完善对办公资源或服务的供应商的考核并进行监督管理（包括办公用品，服务，固定资产，设备，机票酒店等）；
d)管理公司经营所需要的各种经营执照的维护，变更，年检，完善公司文件的管理制度流程；
e)完善公司日常运行的安全以及保密措施的管理制度和对策并实施日常监督管理；
f)协调组织公司集体活动或庆典等。


职位要求：
a)大学本科以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业；
b)8年以上人事行政经验，并具有3年以上人事行政经理职位工作经验；
c)熟悉国家、地区及企业各项劳动人事法律法规政策，较好的运用劳动合同法处理劳动争议、纠纷，诉讼等；
d)擅长文书编写，具备先进的人事管理观念和人事管理方法；
e)具备较强的领导及管理能力，善于沟通，具备出色的组织协调能力及分析判断能力；
f)工作计划性明确、执行力强，能够承受工作压力；
g)个性成熟、稳定，性格开朗，为人正直，原则性强。
