Job Description
Admin:
1) Manage general admin related issues including but not limited to courier / travel & transportation / office supply & facility / insurance / customs declaration/copy &scan , etc.
2) liaison with various outsourced parities for different admin tasks and works
3) Handle annual inspection; manage the renewal and change of company’s certificates, licenses and other official documents.
4) Handle expatriate’s passport, visa, work permit,letter of invitation and residence registration.
5) Responsible for admin contracts/documents filing, update, renewal and monthly administrative payment,
6) Manage, control and analyze office operational budget and costs.
Finance:
1) Contact with outsourced accounting firm to resolve finance and tax related issues.
2) Responsible for daily Cash & Bank journal bookkeeping, disbursement of various payments, monthly payroll preparation, and AR & AP report updating.
3) Verify and handle staff reimbursement on a monthly basis,monthly finance statistics report and tax verification
4) Issuing fapiao to the clients, manage and keep fapiao and bank checks.
HR:
1) Contact with FESCO for HR , C&B issues.
2) Coordinate and manage part time staff, salary and IIT.
3) Coordinate annual social insurance base & public reserve fund base adjustment.
4) Conduct staff recruitment, post job advertisements, collect and select job applications.
Marketing support
1) Various marketing support to account managers and supervisors

岗位职责
行政:
1)全面管理办公室所有行政事务,包括但不仅局限于:快递/差旅和交通/办公室设施和物资,保险,进口清关,复印扫描等。
2)与外界不同的供应商或相关人员联络解决各项行政类事务。
3)负责年检,公司各项执照,许可证书和其他法律文件的更新和变更。
4)负责外籍人员的护照,签证,工作证,邀请函和住宿登记。
5)负责行政合同归档,处理行政各项费用支付。
6)管理,控制及分析办公室营运预算和成本。
财务:
1)与外包会计事务所联络以解决各类财税问题。
2)每天银行及现金日记账簿记,处理各项费用支付,每月工资单准备,应收应付报告更新。
3)每月员工报销的审核及处理。 每月财务统计月报以及每月抄税事宜。
4)开具发票给客户,管理保存公司发票和各种票据。
人力资源
1)与外服联络处理相关人事,薪资福利事务
2)协调及管理临时工相关事务,工资和个税等
3)协调每年社保及公积金基数调整
4)人员招聘,职位刊登,简历筛选。
市场支持
为客户经理和上级领导提供各种市场支持工作



Requirements:
? University / college graduate from business administration, English or related majors, with around 5 years’ work experience in general admin function.

? Excellent command of English in speaking, writing and listening ,skilled in computer operation especially in WORD, EXCEL, PPT

? Detail and service oriented, multi task ability, mature and independent, can work under pressure

? Pleasant personality with strong coordination and interpersonal skills, basic finance&accounting knowledge or expereience would be an advantage


岗位要求:
? 大学工商管理,英语或者其他相关专业毕业,5年左右的综合行政的工作经验

? 英语听说写能力优秀,电脑操作熟练,尤其是WORD, EXCEL 以及PPT

? 仔细,具备服务意识,能同时处理多个任务,成熟独立,能够在压力下工作

? 性格开朗随和,良好的协调和人际处理能力,有基础财务会计相关知识或经验的优先考虑。
