职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities

1 Conduct bench chemistry synthesis and analysis to improve existing product process and quality.
2 Analyze and investigate the quality and specifications of raw material, intermediates and product thru internal and external contractor labs.
3 Test and evaluate the function, safety, quality and properties requirements of the process, product and applications, and provide data for analysis.
4 Maintain accurate and detailed technical records (lab notebook, etc.)
5 Conduct lab chemistry process development, and support process pilot scale up and production process implementation.
6 Support and assist process engineering, production, product development, product prototype, regulatory, QA/QC, and supply chain.
7 Report results and findings to Sr. Technology Scientist.
8 Write scientific and technical reports, summaries and explain the findings and results.
9 Collaborate, coordinate and communicate with local team.
10 Promote a safe working lab facility by actively supporting and participating in all safety initiatives and by using best practices whenever able.

Qualifications and Requirements

1 BS, or MS in a scientific discipline (organic, inorganic, material or polymer chemistry strongly preferred).
2 BS, with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in synthesis from inorganic, organic, material or polymer chemistry area, industrial experience required.
3 Strong experience and hands-on skills of synthesis, analytical, and wet chemistry in chemistry lab.
4 Strong interest and initiative in working in synthesis and analytical chemistry lab.
5 Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision.
6 Demonstrate strong initiative and problem solving skills.
7 Clean water technology or purification knowledge and expertise is highly preferred.
8 Good technical writing skills, and communication skills.
9 Proficient in English and Chinese. 举报 分享
