Responsibilities:

§ Define overall strategy, product roadmap and technical/feature specifications for new products based on long-term product vision, user needs, technical and market trends, and platform capabilities.

§ Responsible for design, development and execution of new products in assigned categories for Cooler Master Pro product lines to include:

a Communicating with factories the product specifications of proposed new product.

a Monitoring, tracking and organizing of all approved proposed new product samples and collect costs.

a Complete P&L for all core items and communicate cost for private label product.

a Approve all Pre-production samples.

a Accurately complete item set up requirements and all related documents; communicate to procurement, quality department, marketing and sales.

§ Manage the product execution working closely with Industrial Design, PM/marketing, Business Development and partner teams to engineer the best experience for our users.

§ Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis

§ Originate new products in concert with branding strategy

Requirements:

§ A minimum of eight years in R&D or product development candidates with experience in computer case will be advantaged; must have an understanding of PC related product and methods;

§ Passion and talent for building and scaling amazing consumer products that are technically excellent, aesthetically appealing, and easy to use.

§ Independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein

§ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

§ Business Acumen, Visionary leadership, and the general understanding of branding

§ Process orientation; demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product development;

§ Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results;

§ Willingness to travel
