职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、 根据酒店总目标，落实客房部的工作目标，并贯彻执行。

2、接听电话，并详细记录。

3、准确掌握房态，随时与前台保持密切联系，每日早班文员负责向白班各楼层服务员、领班及主管提供楼层客 房出租情况；确保所提供房间情况的准确性。

4、及时通知楼层领班、主管即将抵店或离店的客人的房号，结帐房号应及时通知当班服务员，以便快速查房，及时清扫。

5、负责楼层服务员房态发放和回收，负责有关楼层急修项目，与工程部联系，送交“客房维修单”；每日做好24

   小时维修统计工作，及时整理和填写维修房情况和客房加床的显示记录。

6、保持与其他部门的密切联系，传送有关表格和报告，严格执行钥匙的领用制度。

7、管理各种设备和用具，并编写建档，定期清点；对外借物品进行登记，并及时收回。

8、准确无误地做好各班次的交接记录，并向主管转达汇报交接记录内容。

9、负责房务中心的卫生和安全，统计汇总服务员工作报告表数据。

10、完成上级交代的其他工作。



素质要求：

1.有强烈的责任心和协作精神，工作细致踏实顾全大局。

2. 了解客房、公共区域、洗衣房及客房部仓库的经营运作，熟悉客房装饰布置、清洁、程序，对客服务知识，具有一定的财务 知识。

3. 具有较强的协调能力，能较好的处理人际关系；有较强的口头表达及书面表达能力。

4. 具有高中以上学历或同等文化程度有一定的工作经验（如从事涉外星级酒店同岗位工作至少一年）。 举报 分享
