Job Description:
1. Responsible for all calls taking - students and potential clients (initial sales training)
2. Responsible for the office supply
3. Coordinating tutoring calendars with teachers
4. Keep relations with students
5. Inputting contacts into and managing student folders
6. Collect and Track payment records; update master-list; keep copy of signed contract and payment receipts
7. Log tutoring hours for consultants and manage consultants' master calendar
8. Tracking SAT/TOEFL SAT II registration dates and Scholarships deadlines
Requirements:
1. Proficient English language ability
2. Good communication skills
3. Detail oriented and organized
