Reporting Line: Report to Financial Controller as Sims China
Key Responsible Areas/Tasks
1.Be responsible for all Finance Matters relevant to Principles,
2.Reconcile with Marketing as ANP collection within timeline, Including Unbilled Debit Note and Billed Debit Note
3.Monitor with Marketing as Stock Aging as expiry dates, ensure all OBS return properly as comply with Contract without loss
4.Monitoring the annual Rebate/TT as offset with AP to Principle on timely basis
5.Monitoring the BG to Principle if applicable
6.Be responsible for Financial Instruments for Optimize the WC if applicable(Focus on Suppliers Perspective)
7.Other Tasks/Assignment as per FC’s Request
Qualification of the Position
1.University Graduation of Finance Relevant and Minimum 5 Years Finance Job experience, MNC Preferred,
2.Business understanding and can work under pressure and dynamic environment, Deadline and Result Oriented,
3.FMCG Industry Relevant experience shall be there, Principle is preferred,
4.Solid Experience as both Domestic Purchase and Importation's Finance Management
5.Good coordination and inter personnel skill shall be requested as cross Department/cross BU,
6.Good Office Software Skill, i.e. PPT/Excel and Good English in Written
