职位描述：
Major Duties and Responsibility:
- Manage the tax related work, including VAT/CIT/Finance Subsidy, to ensure no sudden tax issue;
- Reconcile all general ledger accounts, and all other accounts;
- Manage timely and accurate payment including trading and non-trading;
- Manage petty cash transaction;
- Manage and support the internal and external audit work;
- Prepare monthly local reports and other operating statements and explain any deviation;
- Assist in budget development, review and rolling forecast updates especially expense control;
- Contract Review and tracking;
- Manage, coach, motivate the team, to develop a better and stronger team;
- Act as Manager on Duty as needed;
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge and skills:
- Effective written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Excellent accounting and math skills;
- This position requires the ability to interact with all types of people;
- Must be able to get along with colleagues, customers, vendors, and visitors to the company;
- This position requires the ability to respond politely to all individuals and work well as a team player;
- Result oriented Strong character, ability to solve problems;
- Knowledge of general and cost accounting;
- Knowledge of computers and experience in computer conversions;
- SAP software experiences preferred.

Education:
- Degree in Accounting;
- ACCA/ CPA preferred.

Experience:
- A minimum of 8~10 years accounting experience in international company;
- Min.5 years experiences in managing accounting team;

In 1933, Rene LACOSTE and Andre GILLIER, the owner and chairman of France's largest knitwear manufacturing firm at the time, set up a company to make the logoembroidered shirt designed by the champion for his own use on the tennis court. Also marketed were a number of other tennis, golf and sailing shirts, as can be seen in the first catalogue from 1933.
To the best of our knowledge, this was the first time that a brand name appeared on the outside of an article of clothing-an idea which has since become extremely successful.
This shirt immediately revolutionised means sportswear, replacing the classical woven fabric, long-sleeved and starched shirts which players had worn on the courts until then. The first LACOSTE shirt was white, slightly shorter than other shirts of the day, with a ribbed collar and short sleeves, and it was made of a light knitted fabric called "Jersey petit pique". The qualities of comfort and solidity upon which it built its name still shine through today, providing a different and truly unique product.
