2、处理客户订单，负责产品的售后服务工作，保持与客户的日常沟通与联络，维护良好的客户关系。
3、统计各项业绩数据，数据系统上报。
4、其他工作。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源专业、心理学专业、市场营销专业、经济类专业优先；
2、口齿清楚，普通话标准，有较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力。
3、有亲和力，热情开朗，具有良好的客户服务意识；
4、强烈的责任心，细心，耐心，头脑灵活，踏实肯干。
5、应届毕业生不限；有咨询行业工作经验者优先。

And it also operates five transactional websites – www.idealworld.tv, www.createandcraft.tv, www.gardenbargains.com, www.lovepets.co.uk and www.bird-food.tv. Ideal Shopping Direct Limited currently employs more than 500 people, mainly at broadcasting and distribution site in Peterborough, UK.
