职位描述：
Purpose:
？ Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to our store cross all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for all new concept store opening plan
？ Create category zoning plan
？ Calculate store sku capacity
？ Create vm demo with ISC plan
？ Provide detail vm tools
？ New store opening set up support
？ Make store opening report
？ Support showroom layout plan preparation and set up
？ Support vm project and initiative
？ Create strong relationship with key contacts (vm planning, regional vm implementation, operation manager, merchandiser, store development, retail marketing)
？ Create vm training materials and conduct seasonal vm training seminars to store vm/ovm
？ Drive vm/ovm workshop

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
？ Able to develop store opening plan independently
？ Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking
？ Good communication skill
？ Good interpersonal communication skill
？ Fluent English.
？ Strong PC skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
？ At least 8 years visual merchandising experience with sports brands or fashion retail brand
