职位描述：
Responsibilities
岗位职责：

1. Manage FM team to provide facility maintenance services
    负责设施维护项目的运营及团队管理
2. Manage and build FM team to provide facility maintenance services
    FM团队组建、员工培训以及考核
3. Lead team members and technicians to guarantee maintenance of facilities
    带领团队确保设施维护保养工作正常进行，并达到客户要求
4. Overview the work of FM teams and coordinates operations;
    负责FM项目的运行、管理和协调
5. Coordinate with clients, headquarters and other consultants to clarify the requirements and solve problems accordingly;
    负责和客户、公司以及其他各方面沟通及协作，了解客户需求并及时解决问题，跟踪处理投诉结果，确保客户满意度；
6. Establish and maintain operation procedures and workflow of FM team
    制定和优化设施维护项目的日常工作标准及制度
7. Come up with suggestions and improvement plans on facilities
    根据设施运行的具体情况，提出具体的改进建议和方案
6. Build good relationship with client
    与客户建立良好的关系


Requirements:
任职要求：

1. Excellent English，and good skill with computer
    熟练的英文，可以正常交流和撰写报告。熟练使用办公室自动化软件OFFICE等
2. 5 Years working experience as similar role in Facility Management
    5年以上类似岗位相关管理工作经验
3. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and/or mechanical building engineering;
    本科以上学历，机电相关专业
4. Excellent electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge with maintenance experience;
    具备设备维护管理知识，熟悉暖通、强弱电、消防、楼宇自动化等设备、设施的原理及日常维护要求，熟悉相关政策法规；
5. Team Leading skills (incl. team set up);
    良好的组建和带领团队的能力
6. Good communication and coordination skills,
    优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神
7. Planning and managing skills, also good Problem Solving skills;
    较强的计划编制能力，管理能力以及解决问题的能力
8. Can work under pressure, detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility
