职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes;
2. Support line managers in forecasting, planning and building their talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategy;
3. Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement;
4. Be responsible for people package and ensures that actual cost is under control;
5. Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.

Qualification / Competency Requirement：
-Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred;
-At 5 years work experience in HR related functions;
-Good command of oral and written English;
-Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel;
-Willingness to take on what needs to be done, innovative problem-solver, and aggressive. 举报 分享
