TITLE Product/Service Manager, Greater China

D-BOX D-BOX Technologies Inc. designs, manufactures and commercialize cutting-edge motion systems intended for the entertainment and industrial markets. This unique and patented technology uses motion effects specifically programmed for each visual content which are sent to a motion system integrated into a platform, a seat or any other product. The resulting motion is perfectly synchronized with the on-screen action, thus creating an unparalleled realistic immersive experience.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Under the Vice-President Sales, Greater China, the primary role of the Product/Service manager is to support sales on all the technical aspects and be responsible for the customer support as well as the technical training & general system operation

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES ? Assure the liaison between China’s market and our head office in regards to
technical issues;
? Responsible for pre-sales technical support;
? Support system installation and perform configuration as required;
? Work with Chinese POS companies to help interface D-BOX’s management
system for ticket reservation purposes;
? Provide technical assistance (service coordination) using remote monitoring, phone, email and if necessary with onsite visit;
? Document each case in the database system (CRM);
? Provide technical training to distributors & exhibitors;
? All other relevant tasks related to the theatrical activities, according to business development and / or the emergence of new priorities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ? Bachelor degree in electronic, mechanical, or computer science;
? 2-3 years’ experience in a technical customer support position;
? Must be fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken);
? Must be able to read and understand CAD drawings;
? Good knowledge in computer networking with a logic thinking for problem solving;
? Be familiar with the cinema equipment environment;
? Must be a team player and have a strong sense of the diplomacy and be client oriented;
? Must be able to travel frequently within Greater China;
? Knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM) is an asset.
