Responsibilities 岗位职责
A – Visual merchandising
- Responsible for all fragrance brand soft merchandising follow marketing calendar
1. Seasonal launch visual change (include visual layout, color proofing ,installation execution)
2.Seasonal launch display tool (based on global’s guideline and implemented into local market)
3. Budget control on the soft merchansing
B – PODIUM/SEPHORA ANIMATION
- Support trademarketing team on poduim design (based on global’s guideline do the localization)
- Support Sephora team on Sephora in-store animation design and submission
Requirement 岗位要求
Strong in soft merchandsing (include display guideline, createive design )
Strong in creative in promoiton activies design and have rich knowledge on materials
Fragrance and skincare brand background is preferred.
Exhibition or interior design background is preferred.
Good communication skill with cross function team.
Multitask is a must, good team player.
