Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Division: Genomics
Report to: Customer Service Supervisor
Dotted line: Business Director of Genomics China
                   Sales Director of Genomics APAC
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibility：
？ Primary contact window for customers for daily work such as enquiry-quotations.
？ IFS data management, follow up with customer for demanding info and pass to planning team accurately and follow up with stock status.
？ Handle order processing and all the other paper work.
？ Coordinate with other internal departments on deliveries, invoices, etc..
？ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
？ Customer master data maintenance, contract management, internal sales process routing.
？ Show a strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to accomplish targets and demonstrate a desire to succeed in your objectives.
？ Keep studying fastener knowledge to provide better service to customer, collect documentations on market/customer intelligence and do analysis.
？ Other task as assign by superior.

Qualification：
？ At least 1 year related working experience in multi-national company.
？ CET 6 or above
？ Bachelor degree or above and major in Biological Sciences
？ Customer Focus, effective communication, change, Adaptability and flexibility
？ Team and Collaborative Working
？ Using Initiative- Achieving Goals
？ Good MS office skills and proficient in System such as SAP,etc. 举报 分享
