职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for visitors’ logistic arrangement, employee travelling and meeting arrangement including visa application &renewal, air tickets, train tickets, hotel booking, car renting and conference support etc. Distribute office communication, take messages and transfer calls
2. Document management, weekly report, meeting minutes and asset management
3. Handle Petty Cash, expense report and invoices issuance
4. Order office supplies and stationery
5. Provide necessary administration support to project team.
6. Support on marketing such as social media post, translation, fashion news collection, etc.

Job Requirements
1. Over 1 year relevant experience, preferably with an international firm
2. Good computer and software skills (Microsoft Office)
3. Great working attitude, committed, resourceful and well organized
4. Strong communication skills and team-spirited
5. Trustworthy, responsible and willing to learn
6. Attention to details and punctuality, be able to maintain strict level of confidentiality
7. Fluent English and Chinese in both speaking and writing 举报 分享
