职位描述：
BAS Engineer (楼宇自控工程师)

Responsibilities to include hands-on involvement with design, installation and commissioning (including FAT/ SAT) for facility and building systems (HVAC, Clean Rooms, Cold Rooms, BMS, EMS, etc.) and utilities (Chiller, Compressed Air, WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Sanitary Piping Systems, etc.). Individual will be responsible for providing the maintenance services of equipment and facility systems for our customers, planning and coordinating all the maintenance related activities in our projects.
岗位描述：参与设计、安装和调试建筑设施系统（暖通空调，洁净室、冷库、楼宇自控系统、环境监视系统等）和公用设施系统（冷冻机、压缩空气、注射用水、纯化水、洁净蒸汽，卫生管道系统等）。为我们的客户提供设备和设施系统的维护服务，计划和协调所有与我们项目相关的维护活动等。

Responsibilities will include: (具体职责包括)
1. Design and design review for our customers.
为客户设计或审核设计
2. Perform system installation, commissioning and maintenance activities for our customers.
为客户进行系统安装、调试和维护
3. Create maintenance plans for our customers.
为客户建立维护计划
4. Establish operational procedures (SOPs) for facility & building systems and utilities.
为设施及建筑系统和公用设施建立标准操作程序（SOP）
5. Provides FAT/SAT and commissioning services.
提供工厂验收和现场验收以及调试服务
6. Prepare training materials for our customers.
为客户准备培训材料
7. Train and transfer operational procedures/ preventive maintenance programs to our customers’ operation team.
培训和移交操作程序/预防性维护计划给到我们的客户团队

Requirements要求：
Engineering background is preferred. Technical knowledge regarding the design and operation of facility equipment is preferred. Experience in equipment commissioning, qualification, validation and maintenance programs is preferred. Working knowledge of control systems (DDC/PLC hardware and SCADA computer systems) is preferred. Ability to read and write in English is preferred. Candidate must have organizational, communication and personal work management and writing skills.
工科背景优先；对设备设施的设计和操作有技术方面的知识优先；有设备调试、资格、验证和维护程序的经验优先；熟悉控制系统（DDC / PLC硬件和SCADA计算机系统的专业知识）优先；具备英文读写能力优先。具备组织、沟通和个人工作管理能力。
