工作目标：
负责公司行政管理的相关事宜并确保有效达成。

主要职责：

1、 负责公司客户来访的会务接待工作及员工出差酒店、票务等相关预订事宜；

2、 协助进行公司固定资产、办公用品的日常管理及费用申请、报销工作；

3、 协助进行公司证照办理、更新及合同归档、续约的日常管理；

4、 负责公司绿化养护、保洁服务的日常管理；

5、 负责公司部分文件打印、传真、扫描、复印及快递、信函的收发工作；

6、 协助进行公司各项员工活动的组织、安排及公司企业文化的宣传工作；

7、 负责客户公司日常行政事务的协助与支持；

8、 完成其他上级交办的事宜。

任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历；
2、 具备基本的英语沟通能力；有一年以上行政工作经验；
3、 熟练使用WORD、EXCLE、POWERPOINT等办公软件；
4、 乐观开朗，积极主动，有良好的人际关系协调和沟通能力；
5、 做事仔细认真，具有较强的工作责任心和敬业意识。
