1.负责酒店前厅部的接待和管理工作。
Take care of the Front Office management work.
2.进行有关的市场计划分析制定部门工作计划，完成工作报告。
Propose the market analyzing and department working schedule.
3.督导下属部门主管，委派工作任务，明确岗位责任，随时调整工作部署。
Supervise the subordinates, assign working, clarify job responsibility and adjust as requested.
4.充分熟悉了解酒店的设施设备和前厅部门的日常运作，并确保运转的良好状态。
Know well about front office facilities and daily operation, and ensure smooth situation.
5.保持良好的客户关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。
Maintain satisfactory guest’s relationship and can handle complaint independently.
6.协助房务总监及总经理处理突发事件。 ‘
Assist DOR and GM to deal with all urgent cases.

任职资格：
1.大专以上学历
Above collage education background
2.有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
Minimum of 3 years front office management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
3.拥有希尔顿集团酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
Hilton Group Experience is regarded as an priority.
4.熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
Master the daily operation work of front office with strong sense of working spirit and job responsibility.
5.督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。
Supervise all section associates to achieve service standard, SOP and complement all practical supervision.
6.有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
Making and carry out monthly working plan accordingly.
7.英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。
Excellent Written & Spoken English communication Skill
8.具有较强的综合能力与素质，能够稳定团队，成为表率。
Own multi-abilities, and can stable the team as a leader.
