Responsibilities
You are passionate about cutting edge technology and APIs. You are looking for an exciting role that will allow you to combine your technical insight with your communication skills and love for video game development. Your role at Unity is to engage with the broad community of developers, educators, partners, industry groups and other influential individuals to show them what's possible with Unity and to be the first point of contact for technical customer support within China. You will work in close collaboration with the sales team in China. Expect 50%+ of your role to involve travel to customer sites, as well as industry events and seminars with developers, students and educators.

Win the hearts of our developers and customers in China. Your main focus will be to engage and build relationships with the developer and education community with both existing and prospective customers. This means that you deliver articulate, effective presentations and demos with technical content to small and large audiences and are the first point of contact for technical assistance for our customers. In other words, your job is to win the hearts of developers, educators, students and customers by helping them realize the full value of Unity.

Your responsibilities include
? Running, organizing, and attending meet-ups, conferences and other events throughout China
? Providing technical presentations and technology demos at trade shows and on customer sites
? Producing collateral and content (e.g. blog posts, example apps, videos, tutorials, tweets) to increase the virality of Unity and APIs in Chinese
? Providing customer support via email, phone and in person to key accounts as well as on forums and groups.
? Technically consulting with developers and educators who are planning to use Unity for their games, courses and simulations
? Helping developers and educators conceptualize, design and build projects and products!
? Building long-term relationships with technical decision makers and influencers within key accounts, government agencies and educational institutions
? Providing product development recommendations and technical data to Unity’s product development teams as a strong internal advocate for our customers, educators and students
? Being an effective liaison between sales and product engineering, offering a local touch to our customers and regionalized feedback to our product development processes
? Inspiring developers, students and educators to try and buy Unity
? Working with the sales and business development teams in San Francisco as well as resellers throughout China to refer and close new business

Technical insight and infectious enthusiasm
You are an experienced and passionate Unity developer with a focus on game development for mobile, web and other platforms. This has given you solid programming abilities in C++, C#, JavaScript or similar, as well as a strong command of different hardware architectures. You are the sort of person who enjoys sharing the latest and greatest sites on the web and explaining to others how things work. You have a track record of inspiring people through social media, technical articles, seminars, etc. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills also enable you to work with partners remotely. Being part of a fast paced environment is in line with your effective and thorough work method, and you thrive in a diverse atmosphere that requires you to work across cultural, disciplinary and geographical borders. Finally, you are known for your high spirits and your sincere interest in solving problems and providing high quality service.
