-at least 5-7 years experience in the ‘home business (prefer furniture).
-strong efficiency to solve problem and proactive with suppliers in all type of negotiations(price, quality, delivery, improvements to make).
-capable of working on low/middle volume with suppliers.
-anticipation with suppliers is a must.

1.Strong planification of sourcing/buying trips.
2.Monitor suppliers performance to avoid delay.
3.Strong in priorities management.
