Job description：
VELVET is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join its Shanghai office.
This person will be in charge of online marketing strategy and operations (SEM/Display/Social Media) for our clients in fashion, beauty and hospitality, including campaign management, data tracking and analysis, performance optimization and reporting.

Required Skills:
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset and basic skills to leverage the power of data
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment
- Must be a dynamic, highly-motivated self-starter

Required Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Previous internship in search marketing agency or consulting firm preferred
- International experience is a plus

Required knowledge:
- Familiarity with search & display advertising, social media platforms, mobile marketing and digital assets deployment
- Marketing metrics: CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, impressions, bounce rate, etc.
- Knowledgeable in web analytics solutions: Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji
- Previous experience with Baidu and Wechat/Weibo ads a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
