职位描述：
Responsibilites
1. Assist in production planning,adjusting the purchase requisition to execute the buy effectively and ensure a cleaner buy
Purchase order management including PO creation, change memo issuing in the business requirements either from countries or from the production processes within factories
2. Communicate closely with overseas’ customers on orders facilitation,shipments scheduling and problems shooting
3. Maintain record of shipping information and production schedules
4. Work through the selection and testing all backing materials and the technical development and commercializing all other aspects
5. Production planning,scheduling and control for timely delivery of vendor factories
6. Monitor capacity and performance of vendor factories
7. Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC etc especially for new production deliveries
8. Monitor inventory level
9. Knowledge in Toy industry will be an advantage especially in Swim Gear,Inflatable,Swim Trainers or Foam related products
10. Negotiate cost with vendors for category existing items

Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on toy manufacturing experience
2. Proactive, resourceful & team-player
3. Good organization and planning skill
4. Be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
5. Excellent PC knowledge in MS office (Excel) 举报 分享
