Jobdescription
? Manage and develop system to ensure robust compliance management that meets current requirements of all regions;
? Support Purchase department into managing HS classification and pre-classifications;
? Manage Customs & CIQ enquiries on classifications, permits/licenses and evaluations;
? Mitigate risk through proactive process management ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with customs regulations and compatible with Finance requirement for good practice. ,
? Expert knowledge of standards, and applicable laws in the area of import and export compliance;
? Keep closer relationship and effective communications with both internal (logistics, purchase, sales, QC) and external parties (brokers; customs);
? Projects assigned; Develop and conduct regular trainings;
? Other supporting works.

Educational Qualifications:
? College and above degree in logistics, supply chain, International trade.
? Necessary Customs Certifications

Experience Qualifications
? At least 3 years' relevant working experience.
? Advanced understanding of the combination Custom Clearance/Finance/
? Basic knowledge of ERP
? Worked for a company which received the AEO advanced certification after audit from Customs
? Knowledge of FMCG export would be an asset
? Strong communication capability in both English and Mandarin
? Good in data analysis
? A good team player, willing to work hard, quick to learn and high sense of responsibility 举报 分享
