职位描述：

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement annual the marketing communication plan in alignment with the sales and marketing strategy.
2.Responsible for the production and management of all marketing collaterals from idea generation and collection, design, print, and distribution.
3.Management of all Print/POS and marketing campaigns, working in close liaison with sales team regarding format, design, production, fulfilment, data and distribution.
4.Manage vendors and contractors for the development and production of promotional materials.
5.Provide writing and editing support for all inbound and outbound communications including all promotional materials, website content, newsletter and PR articles, company introduction, to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
6.Support distributors and retailers with the show room design, company logos, samples, posters, and billboard and fascia board to insure consistent image and message across.
7.Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
8.To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media, with focus on Wechat and website.
9.Competitor intelligence to identity competitor market movement including price change, new offer, marketing campaign, etc.
10.Support the activity on the counterfeit crackdown by coordinating internal departments and working with customers, external agents and government organizations.
11.Support group Habitat initiative and other cross business activities.
EHS
1.Follow the entity EHS rules, and comply with local governmental EHS laws and regulations to avoid fines and law violations.
2.Make sure EHS, as a company culture, is integrated into each communication materials activities (e.g. when holding an exhibition should refuse waste and uses recycle materials as much as possible).

Qualification Requirements：
1. Bachelor, major in business administration or arts is preferred;
2. Previous year experience in marketing communication is a plus;
3. Proficient in Photoshop;
4. Focus on results rather than on process;
5. Concise and articulate in speech and writing
6. Make wise decisions on creative despite ambiguity
7. Smartly separate what must be done well now and what can be improved later
8. Listen well, instead of reacting fast, in order to gain better understanding before action
9. Seek to understand our strategy, market, customers, and suppliers
10. Learn rapidly and eagerly with the ability to pull together disparate bits of information, willing to help colleagues.
