GENERAL DESCRIPTION概述
1. Design and amendment of packaging artwork for supplementary products.
膳食补充剂产品包装彩稿的设计和修改。
2. Develop product packaging specification.
起草产品的包装标准。
3. Confirm the artwork and specification with the supplier and manufacturing factory.
跟工厂和供应商确定批准的包装彩稿和标准。
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTION 责任/基本职责
1. Amend the packaging artwork as per the instruction and requirement from the Quality Header and/or the senior Packaging Designer.
根据质量负责人和/或高级包装设计专员的指示和要求，修改产品的包装彩稿。
2. Be responsible for preparing packaging specification for each product/packaging component, and mmaintain the packaging documentation in current version.
负责起草每个产品的包装标准/包装材料的质量标准，并维护包装文件为当前有效版本。
3. Confirm the artwork and specification with the printer and manufacturing factory.
跟工厂和供应商确定批准的包装彩稿和标准。
4. Responsible for maintain reference samples for packaging components, and keep artwork in electronical version.
负责包装参照样品和彩稿的留样；
5. The joint responsibility of checking and releasing packaging materials.
参与包装材料的检查和放行。
6. The joint responsibility of in-process checking during product packaging.
参与产品包装的检查。
7. Assist to the contract manufacturer to solve the problems during product packaging, and communicate them with related people in a timely fashion.
协助代工工厂解决在产品包装过程中发现的各类问题，并及时跟相关人员沟通。
8. Participate in packaging related deviation investigation and handling, including analyzing the cause of deviation, forecasting the consequence(s) and make comments to the corrective action plans.
参与包装相关的偏差调查，包括分析偏差产生的原因，预测结果，并对整改行动计划提出意见。
9. Participate in the packaging related complaints investigation and handling.
参与客户包装相关的投诉的调查和处理。
10. Recommend the corrective actions and preventive actions plan on packaging related discrepancy, track and evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation.
提议包装相关的偏差事件的CAPA计划，跟踪并评估其实施效果。
11. Conduct training to the relative staff of contract manufacturer respecting to the packaging of the Beauty products.
负责代工工厂与Beauty产品包装相关的培训。
12. Participate in developing, updating and revising documentation relating to his or her area.
参与工作领域中相关文件的起草、更新和修订。
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION岗位要求/条件
1. College degree or above major in drug packaging, design or related.
大专或以上学历药品包装、设计或相关专业。
2. Familiar with the packaging process and style of supplementary products including tablet, hard shell capsule and softgel.
熟悉膳食补充剂（包括片剂、胶囊剂和软胶囊）的包装流程和方式。
3. Be good at English in reading and writing.
良好的英文读写能力。
4. Master Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
熟练Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
5. Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Power point etc..
良好的计算机操作能力，熟练操作Word、Excel, Power point等。
6. Good communication skills.
良好交流技能。
7. Good problem solving skills.
善于处理各种问题。
8. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances internally and externally.
应有较强的适应内外瞬息变化环境的能力。
9. Initiative, innovation and judgement skills.
应具有主动性，创新，判断的能力。
